Job Context 

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) – Officer, he/she will be responsible for managing a database of sponsored students. The KAM-Officer role will include coordinating with donors and sponsors to ensure timely and accurate information on sponsored children is captured in the database, as well as monitoring and analyzing the data to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, he/she will work closely with program staff to ensure that sponsorship funds are being used effectively and efficiently to support the needs of the sponsored children. the individual role will be accountable for ensuring transparency and accountability in the sponsorship program and helping to achieve the organization’s mission of improving the lives of underprivileged children.

  • Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without top-down supervision.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Package, CANVA, Internet Browsing, Data mining
Responsible For
  1. Collect day-to-day activity reports of a sponsored child from the school authority.
  2. To prepare and develop daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly sponsor child’s profile and progress reports.
  3. Continuous communication with donors via email and other modes of communication at a certain time interval.
  4. Preparing newsletters and having a minimum level of video-making skills.
  5. Report regularly to the higher authority about sponsor child reports and donor feedback.
  6. Involve occasional visits to the school to collect customized data of a sponsor child based on different occasions and programs to meet donor requirements.
  7. Designing, and sorting sponsor child databases according to donor requirements.
  8. To maintain proper documentation of the sponsored child and their donor, update this information on time, and update student's profiles from time to time.
  9. Building & ensuring a strong relationship with donors and organization
  10. Provide support to develop a fundraising strategy for the organization.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Applicants with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience will get the advantage.
    • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
