Job Responsibilities
 Monitoring, develop and follow-up health & safety issues in the school premises.
 Provide counseling to the teachers and students against need. Identify and resolve
grievances / problems in school premises.
 Need to visit Mojar School regular basis at least twice a month in one school
 To watch public relations with the view to using his/her influence in the event of
dispute arising between the internal or external public
 Understanding school context.
 Act as a bridge between the students and the sponsors.
 Arrange various types of training program and maintain the documents accordingly.
 Attend and take necessary measures on the outcomes of various meetings (like Safety,
grievance handling, employee’s wellbeing & workplace Committee). Required meeting
documents needs to maintain accordingly.
 Run the function of safeguarding management and counseling the students
 To monitor child care of the school.
 To take sponsors complain and give them feedback
 Communicate with the management team to make them updated regarding employee
welfare issues when necessary.
 Conduct regular meeting and analysis leads report for donor.
 Prepare monthly plan.
 To build relationships with new sponsors.
 To prepare all relevant reports required by donors.
 Provide support to develop a fundraising strategy for the organization.
 Contribute to planning and knowledge sharing.
 Any other task given by the higher management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Educational Requirements:
 Minimum Master Degree from Social Science, Business Administration or any other
relevant field.

 A Master degree in similar category will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
 The applicants should have minimum 2 years relevant experiences.
 The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements:
 Age 25 to 40 years
 Both males and females are allowed to apply.
 Must be a non-smoker.
 Professional standards and a positive, can-do attitude, in a rapid growth setting.
 Punctuality (must criteria).
 Joining as soon as possible.
 Filed visit may require.
 Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without
top-down supervision.
 Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Browsing, Data mining

 Work at office

Job Location

 BDT 25,000 – 30,000
