Education Program Coordinator

The Assistant Education Coordinator will work closely with the Education Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of educational programs. They will assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of educational activities for children and youth. The Assistant Education Coordinator will collaborate with teachers, community leaders, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of educational programs.

• Assist the Education Coordinator in the planning, coordination, and delivery of educational programs.

• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of educational activities, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

• Work with teachers, community leaders, and parents to develop and implement educational strategies that meet the needs of children and youth.

• Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and evaluation.

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of educational programs.
•  
• Monitor program activities and provide regular reports to the Education Coordinator on program progress.
•  
• Support the recruitment and training of teachers and other staff members.
•  
• Assist in the development of educational materials, such as lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources.
•  
• Manage program budgets and ensure that expenses are within allocated limits.
•  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Education Coordinator.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in education program management.
• Knowledge of educational principles and practices, including curriculum development and assessment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to field locations as required.

• Work at the office.
• Frequent Visits may require

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Demonstrated project management and knowledge of continuous improvement methods.
• A frequent Field visit may require in Dhaka & outside Dhaka.
• Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without top-down supervision.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Browsing, Data mining.
