Position Title:Key Account Manager Officer Development

Communication & Public Relation (80%)

  • Manages contracts and relationships with donors.
  • Communicating with donors and well-wishers, sending them proposal for upcoming campaigns Manages social media communications.
  • Sending Confirmation & thank you texts to daily donors, creating ideas for different texts.
  • Sending update emails to donors for upcoming festivals or events.
  • Maximizes opportunities for the organization to be featured in various types of media messages. 
  • Answers questions from employees and company manages and from media outlets as well.
  • written and verbal communications.
  • Creates and launches targeted marketing campaigns.

Communication & Reporting(20%)

  • Manages social media communications.
  • Develop and maintain relations with national and international media.
  • Develop and maintain a set of key messages and share information and input with relevant internal stakeholders. 
  • Collecting every donor’s email address & ensure their money receipt within 24 hours
  • Sending update to the donors via email & SMS
  • Sending Program updates to the donors.
  • Replying to the donor’s questions via digital platform like Facebook.
  • Maintaining donor’s complete database.

Others Activities(10%)

  • Carry out any other activities related to this position and the programmer.
  • Maintaining Department Related register & documents.  
  • All sort of  Department related tasks. 
  • Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
  • Optimizes company website content for internet search engines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be good at both Bangla & English languages.
  • Be highly self-motivated and well organized.
  • Must be good at both Bangla & English languages. 
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. 
  • Must be good at Data Management 
  • Knowledge about SMS Marketing & Email Marketing is appreciable but not necessary.
  • We focus on Skill & Can Do Attitude. 

    Minimum Graduate at any discipline.
